For industrial segment clients, Nova America has the Dolce and Cristal Nova America refined sugars and the Dolce Sabor confectioner's sugar, in 25 and 50 kg bags, and in 1200 kg big bags. It has an internal structure completely prepared to attend to the demands and needs of this market, such as varied specifications for products and differentiated logistics flows.

The Group also commercializes ALIN and AL65 liquid and refined sugars, ideal for the food industry. ALIN is the inverted liquid sugar made through the dilution, refining (purification) and partial inversion processes of the saccharose molecule, resulting in a saccharose, fructose and glucose syrup. AL65 is made from the dilution and refining (purification) processes, becoming liquid saccharose. Nova America also has other supports for clients, such as a technical team that accompanies the entire adaptation of industrial processes to the necessary adjustments and logistics structure for supply made by totally aseptic tank trucks.
