From the very beginning, the Group has maintained a "win-win" policy as its foundation. In other words, faced with a dynamic and competitive market, it continuously seeks the generation of value throughout the chain. This is the most efficient and successful strategy to attend to the needs of its customer and consumers and to ensure customer loyalty. Nova America detected the opportunity to develop the management of these relations in a structured manner. And so, in June 2003, it launched the Relationship Management Value Project, whose main objective is to be in closer contact with and better understand the publics with which the company maintains relations.
